I accept payments by PayPal and all major credit/debit cards. I also accept Etsy gift cards.

Your purchase will be posted within 1-2 business days using the 1st Class delivery service when sending in the United Kingdom and the track & sign international Royal Mail delivery service when sending outside the United Kingdom.

Large orders may require duty tax to be paid upon collection. This will differ from country to country. Duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that sending a letter size parcel via 1st class Royal mail services does not include a tracking number. However if you would like to add a tracking option please let me know before your purchase and I will provide you with a quotation and adjust the postage accordingly.

Parcels usually reach their destination in 1-2 days in the UK and in 1-3 weeks outside the UK. However during holiday seasons there may be some postal delays. If you haven't received your item(s) after 25 working days following posting (if sent to an European country) or after 32 working days following posting (if sent outside Europe) please contact me no later than 5 months following the dispatch date so I can resolve this issue in due time. I regret that I will not be able to provide you with a full refund if no claim has been made for lost parcel within this 5 months window of opportunity.
